Aphrodisiac Ale is a golden ale base beer, with the addition of local organic honey, fresh ginger, and dried lavender tips. The art of blending herbs into beer dates back to the Picts. Scottish in origin, the Picts would drink herb infused beer before going into battle. Other times they would drink it to boost their libido. 6.8% ABV
Black Magic is a traditional dry Irish stout. Its is carbonated with nitrogen, and pours very much like a Guiness. Dry roasted flavors are prominent, with hints of chocolate and coffee on the finish. 4.8%
This seasonal fruit beer is back! A light, crisp American wheat beer flavored with the addition of fresh blueberries. Thirst quenching and very drinkable. 4.5% ABV
Brewed for the holiday season, this stout was made with real dark Belgian Chocolate, fresh mint leaves and 6 specialty malts. Starts with the aroma of fresh peppermint, with the robust flavor of the chocolate next to come, and finishes with a minty balance. 7% ABV
Critz's Apple Ale is an American wheat beer with apple cider added post fermentation for a fresh, sweet apple taste. The cider came from Critz Farm in Cazenovia. 4.5% ABV
A delicious Brown Ale made with the addition of American hops, combined with some of the finest English specialty malts available. Rich coffee, chocolate, and toffee notes are balanced nicely with the fruity hops. 6.8% ABV
A German Style wheat beer. Brewed with authentic German yeast and malts. Banana and clove flavors are present in this beer due to the yeast that is used. This is typical for the style. 5.8% ABV Empire Hefe Weizen placed first in its category this summer at the NYS Fair Craft Beer Competition.
An American IPA.Agressive use of fruity American hops is what this beer is all about. An intense hop bitterness, followed by a balancing hop flavor and full hop aroma. Notes of citrus and grapefruit may be detected.. This is our hoppiest beer. 6.8% ABV
Bocks and Doppelbocks are German Style lagers. Usually released in the spring in celebration of the new season. Strong, full bodied and somewhat sweet, this beer was fermented with a traditional German Lager yeast strain for over eight weeks. 8% ABV
An American style pale ale. Slightly fruity, with a balanced hop profile. 5.6% ABV
Saisons are Belgian in origin. This style is one of the hoppiest styles the Belgians brew, and ours reflects that tradition. Unfiltered and hazey, spicy and earthy characteristics are present. 5.6% ABV
A dark beer brewed in the tradition of a strong Scotch Ale. Sweet and strong, made with a traditional Scottish ale yeast, this hardy brew will make ya see plaid. 7.5% ABV
Named after the famous pristine lake from which Empire draws our brewing water, this is one of our lightest offerings. Pale yellow in color, Skinny has the flavor of a light German Pilsner, crossed with a crisp cleanness you may find in an American Ale. 4.8%ABV.
A porter style beer brewed with an addition of German smoked malt. Medium bodied with a hint of smoke on the finish, this beer pairs great with BBQ and meat dishes. 6.5% ABV
A unique beer, a cross between a Belgian Farmhouse Ale, and a Belgian Tripel. Tart like a farmhouse ale, and sweet and strong like a tripel. This is a beer to be sipped and enjoyed in moderation. 9.5%ABV
